John M. Bennett, M.D.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Bennett earned his medical degree from Creighton University Medical School in 1974. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University, Barnes Hospital in 1977. Dr. Bennett also has additional training in Basic Laser Surgery and Advanced Laser Surgery, Operative Pelviscopy from the University of Kiel and Advanced Operative Endoscopy.
Some achievements of note for Dr. Bennett include Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in the Department of OB/GYN from 1979 – 1987 and Coordinator of Family Practice Residency at the Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Rotations in OB/GYN from 1980 – 1982.
Dr. Bennett holds professional memberships with the San Diego County Medical Society, American Medical Association and is currently on the Faculty American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Bennett is President here at Cassidy Medical Group and has been Chairman in the OB/GYN department since 1994. He is currently on active staff at Tri City Medical Center.
